As with all our steel we offer heat treated chromemoly steel 1.18″/30mm and 1.125″/28mm diameter rods with rolled-in knurling to a medium bite. The sleeves tubing are of course cold rolled DOM material and sport dual bronze oilite bushings in each sleeve. The flanges are Electric Resistant Welded and the assembly uses a groove and split washer connection.. The 4.7″ center knurl identifies this bar as a dedicated general strength training tool. Our 2D layout page supports all the dimensions (without tires assembled.) The hard [shore 70A] silicone rubber tires are monster trucks and tank inspired designs. The truck tires come with dense .6″ thick (cross-section) walls. The end caps support our trucks with a high-end licensed graphic art.
Badass wheels barbell is designed for general strength training i.e compound movements and not recommended for Oly lifts that call for overhead dropping the barbell

We offer three styles today __two respective truck tire treads and our world renowned TANK TRACK molded to perfection. Your molded man decor can be assembled by hand facing either way with
- hand force slid linear over DOM and
- disassembly for opposite facing location desires..
The TRUCKS are one piece with an “open end” design and come with set screws for the tapped flange although it is not necessary. Tank is a full enclosure 2 part pinned together.
