Yes we do. The MEDIA KIT  gives the customer a lifetime warranty on the rubber and steel frame. Pin replacements are not covered in warranty but can  be purchased on the products page

Sure. It is easily disassembled with a common .125" bolt 40 tpi and a set of pliers. The bolt threads are assembled into the center of the tapped pin. Once engaged pull it out with pliers on the bolt head. Some do it by hand alone.

YES. As long as your barbell has a flange/boss/stop you can assemble the MEDIA KIT on any barbell you own that meets our premolded capacity. Now, if you are an existing owner of the MEDIA KIT and you have purchased a new barbell you can measure the new flange as you did  for the  original purchase and buy more shim.meat from our product menu.

The word SHIM.MEAT is a temporary word description we use, shim used in carpentry and architecture/engineering to square up parts. The word meat is also  a common word is building engineering  and construction for materials that  are thin in the cross section. So, your existing [measured flange] may not exactly fit our 34mm thick premolded capacity.  The SHIM.MEAT part of the kit makes your existing flange thick enough for the fitment. We send you the SHIM.MEAT needed  from your order details. Be advised it may be several units all butt up to fulfil the need of making  your flange 34mm thick.

No. The KIT once assembled correctly should be locked on your flange  justly, without any play. There is a very small amount of shift that we  allow as our tolerance from suppliers but it wil be extremely low and not affect your workout by any means. This is the SHIM.MEAT in action making the fitment a lock on.
