The 86.625″ barbell with a 5″ center knurl is sold fully assembled or we sell the “sleeve kits” that fit on your existing branded barbell made by others  see them here.The barbell is designed to hold magnetic decals of  infinite graphic arts on the flanges faces via our CNC pocketed detailing. As a MAG BAR owner you have access to our free collection of downloads we offer and of course you can create and produce your own as well.The barbell is a strength training product and designed for heavy compound weightlifting. Our bushings are non pressed and retaining rings allows replacement without any headaches. Again, our flanges are CNC milled to hold the magnetic decals in a .125″ deep recess to allow it to be seated without coming off as your training and give you the professional cut you enjoyNow, as advertised  our rods are Cold rolled turned ground and polished 4140 alloy steel that is further quenched and tempered to give superior 190/175 TENSILE/ YIELD strength of the material giving you  the confidence and peace of mind your purchase is high quality.
Our sleeves are fully machined cold rolled DOM tubing SPEC ASTM-A 513 Type 5. The smooth rotation of the sleeves is possible  by our  bronze oilite bushings or polymer option. The diamond knurling is not peaked to grab your skin with too much bite or too little friction in what would be described as a medium style grip.  Our flanges are ERW machine technology fused to the tube. Our sleeves are assembled to the rod with the famous split washer and groove system.   The MAG BAR sports a roll pinned CNC end caps that allows further infinite decal decoration.
