Welcome to our MAG BAR sleeve kit page. Now, as with all our sleeve kits these are designed and engineered to fit on your rod made by others. So, here will spell out and guide you in all what is needed for these steel sleeves to fit on your barbell.
First ,you will need a vernier caliper measuring tool to get the values that we need. As you get started we ask for 4 measurements that will be collected and filled into the boxes below for us to make the custom parts for the internal assembly. Your split washer internal assembly parts are not custom and not made by us. We use your existing split washer design. Our mag sleeves system can only assemble to barbells that subscribe to the split washer assembly.All measurements recorded by you to us include

refer to our pictures for support of your measurements. We strongly advise measuring 3x with your vernier calipers to get as accurate as possible for data entry to not delay the assembly. Either way, we got your back.From the entered data boxes your custom bushings are preinstalled by us with retaining rings. Assembly: tools needed__ vernier calipers, tape measure, retaining ring pliers KNIPEX, roll punch pin__ [endcap assembly /disassembly]Place 1 of 2 [sleeves] on the rod. Add your custom spacer[s] on the rod [1 of 2] then add the split washer into the groove. Ride and slide the tube linear as if you were disassembling over to capture the spacer and split washer. The split washer will locate and stop the sleeve, now place a second custom spacer[s] on the rod, Now the 2- 180 split washer has spacer[s] on either side “sandwiched”. Add the spring washer and lastly the additional retaining ring to lock in assembly safely. Hiding the assembly__Now, your diameter disc endcap is popped in the tube and again a retaining ring that sits and locks in the groove with retaining ring pliers.
