Our cleaned steel is further quenched and tempered with a precise method to give you a martensite crystal structure of hardness we require for you.

Prior to the Q&T process we machine turn, cut the grooves and roll in the knurling all on CNC lathes with Swiss accuracy. Now our sleeves technology is also cold rolled steel and Swiss machined to our proprietary dimensions to allow them to be strategically reduced in section just enough to allow the same strength as needed but also take on the new surface of decoration and shield technology 360 degrees seamless. Our seamless water clear polymer family is custom designed and chemically engineered by us for Two purposes. 1] Maintaining the needed durability,weight and integrity of a general strength training barbell 2] Protect and preserve the wrapped decoration asset on the circumference of your steel sleeve parts.
Our rods are being offered in two grip diameters

2. 4.7″ long center knurl
3. 87″ overall length

5. 2x non knurl dual ring spacer grips
6. 52.625″ in between bosses hand to hand.

Our MEDIA 360 Technology steel features a split washer internal anchor assembly for the sleeves to the rod. Our sleeves sport non pressed in, 4 bronze bushing [2x per sleeve] with retaining rings assembly for replacement as needed.
