This media is quite simply dressing the circumference of your boss with infinity of colors, graphics, logos from our collection and your creations. This BADASS ensemble keeps the cost down by giving you free downloads to print,cut and tape or you can apply a semi permanent decal material and peel off when you feel ready.
This 2.75″ OD x 2.4″ wide boss names it self here and your art will sit .06″ shallow in the recess to lock it in. Our steel is DOM grade 1020 as all our family of sleeves and has the luxurious wide boss welded to it ready to be dressed by you.

We offer the full barbell product and the respective sleeve kit for you to choose from. If you purchase the sleeve kit we will require 4 respective precision measurements from you so we can customize the internal hardware that you will need to assembly them to your existing 2-180 split washer assembly.
Our full 7ft barbell is alloy steel rod quenched and tempered with a 190/175 KSI [tensile/yield] of pressure to give you the correct strength needed to resist permanent plasticity. Our rods are stiff and have no flex because it s not needed for general strength training. Further the 5″ center knurl with a medium bite complements the design as a general strength training tool. Our bushings are not pressed in and can be replaced as needed we use bronze or nylon respectively, so your sleeves can rotate on the rod without friction of metals.
